you. Workouts are scheduled in an easy to use app that can
be used anywhere anytime.

I provide you a list of everyday habits that if followed you
will only elevate and bring mental clarity to your soul.
Nutrition plan
Your goal is to build a high performance body. This cannot
be achieved eating garbage. I provide a detailed list of
delicious food to be eaten throughout the day that will
train (You) to look at food in a completely different
manner. Food is fuel, not a habit to satisfy craving.
It's not a diet but a new way of life.
Meal preparation
I will coach you through the meal prep process according to
your assigned macro nutrients (protein, fat, carbs) taking
away any possibilities of guesswork. The process only works
if you are willing to let go of what you think you already
know and allow a new blueprint to fully transform your life.
